Leadership Cockpit
See where you're flourishing. See where you're struggling.
Stop guessing and start growing with clarity.
Part of the Superhuman Framework — your complete system for faith-driven leadership growth
Most Leaders Are Flying Blind
You feel stressed but can't pinpoint why. You sense you're growing in some areas but stagnating in others. You set goals in January and forget them by March.
Without visibility, growth becomes guesswork. You pour energy into the wrong things. You miss the patterns that are holding you back. You can't celebrate progress you can't see.
The Leadership Cockpit changes that. In just a few minutes each week, you gain clarity on where you're flourishing and where you need to focus.
Lamentations 3:40 (NIV)
“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.”
Self-examination isn't self-help. It's an ancient spiritual practice that leads us back to God.

Common Questions Leaders Ask
“I already journal. How is this different?”
Journaling captures thoughts. The Leadership Cockpit tracks patterns. You might journal about feeling overwhelmed, but you won't notice that your "Healthy" score drops every Q4 until you see it in data. This gives you visibility journaling can't.
“I don't like tracking things. It feels clinical.”
We get it. But this isn't about optimizing yourself like a machine. It's about stewardship: paying attention to the life and leadership God has entrusted to you. Scripture calls us to examine our ways. This is simply a tool to help you do that.
“What if my scores are bad?”
Then you'll know where to focus. Low scores aren't failures. They're invitations. They show you exactly where God might be calling you to grow. You can't improve what you can't see.
“I'll probably forget to do it.”
The check-in takes just a few minutes weekly. We'll send you a gentle reminder. And if you miss a week? No guilt. Just pick up where you left off. Progress over perfection.
What the Leadership Cockpit Is NOT
It's not a performance review.
It's not a way to prove your worth.
It's not another thing to fail at.
It's a mirror. A companion for the journey. A way to steward your leadership with intention instead of accident.
Questions?
How long does the weekly check-in take?
A few minutes. Most leaders complete it in under 5 minutes once they get the rhythm. It's designed to fit into the margins of your week, not dominate it.
What if I miss a week?
No problem. Your historical data stays intact, and you can pick up the following week. We're not tracking attendance. We're tracking growth. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Can I see my past check-ins?
Yes. The Historical Insights feature gives you access to every past check-in. You can review your journey, spot patterns, and see how far you've come over time.
How is this connected to the Superhuman Framework?
The Leadership Cockpit is the tracking tool for the Superhuman Framework. The Framework defines the 14 dimensions (4 Cornerstones + 10 H Pillars). The Cockpit helps you measure and monitor your growth in each dimension over time.
Is this different from the Superhuman Framework Assessment?
Yes. The Assessment is a one-time diagnostic that shows you where you're starting. The Cockpit is an ongoing tool that tracks your progress week after week. Think of the Assessment as your baseline and the Cockpit as your GPS.
Is my data private?
Completely. Your check-ins, scores, and reflections are visible only to you. We take your privacy seriously. This is your personal leadership journal, not a public scorecard.
Do I need to take the Assessment first?
It's recommended but not required. The Superhuman Framework Assessment gives you a baseline understanding of your strengths and growth areas. But you can start using the Cockpit immediately and let your weekly data tell the story.
Stop Guessing. Start Growing.
A few minutes each week. Clarity that lasts a lifetime. Join leaders who are finally seeing where they're flourishing and where they need to focus.
