Creating Sustainable Leadership Habits
The most effective leaders aren't those with the most tools—they're those who use simple tools consistently. Here's how to build the tools into your daily and weekly rhythm.
Morning Rhythm (5 minutes)
Start your day with intention using these two practices:
- Daily Presence Check (2 minutes) - Notice your inner state, acknowledge God's presence, and set your intention
- Daily Reflection (3 minutes) - Read the day's short devotional thought for leaders
Throughout the Day
As needs arise, leverage these tools:
- Prayer Diary - When concerns arise, capture them immediately. Don't wait.
- AI Coach - When you face a leadership challenge and need perspective
- Resource Library - When you need wisdom on a specific topic
Weekly Rhythm (15-20 minutes)
Set aside time once a week for your Superhuman Cockpit check-in. Many leaders find Sunday evening or Monday morning works well. During this time you'll:
- Rate yourself on the 4 Cornerstones and 10 H Pillars
- Record your weekly highlight and biggest challenge
- Set your intention and focus for the coming week
- Review answered prayers in your Prayer Diary
As Needed
Use the Decision Canvas whenever you face an important decision. Don't rush it—give significant decisions the time and reflection they deserve.
