The Superhuman Framework: An Overview
Understanding the 4 Cornerstones and 10 H Pillars that define faith-driven leadership excellence.
What is the Superhuman Framework?
The Superhuman Framework is a comprehensive model for faith-driven leadership development. It consists of 14 dimensions organized into 4 Cornerstones and 10 H Pillars.
Why "Superhuman"?
The name isn't about being superhero-like or performing beyond human limits. It's about living and leading with the "super" (Latin for "above") added to our humanity through the Holy Spirit. It's human leadership elevated by divine partnership.
The 4 Cornerstones
These are the foundational elements that anchor everything else:
Love
Leading with empathy and genuine care for others. Without love, leadership becomes manipulation. Love grounds us in serving others above self.
Purpose
Guiding with faith-aligned vision. Purpose gives direction and meaning to our leadership. It answers "why" we do what we do.
Passion
Inspiring through enthusiasm and energy. Passion is contagious—it draws people toward the vision and sustains us through difficulty.
Persistence
Demonstrating resilience through challenges. Leadership is hard. Persistence keeps us moving forward when we want to quit.
The 10 H Pillars
Building on the cornerstones, these pillars represent how we show up day to day:
- Holistic - Integrating all areas of life (work, family, health, faith)
- Happy - Experiencing joy regardless of circumstances
- Hungry - Pursuing growth and excellence with appetite
- Helpful - Serving and adding value to others consistently
- Humorous - Maintaining perspective and lightness in difficulty
- Humble - Leading without ego or self-importance
- Honest - Operating with complete integrity
- Healthy - Stewarding your physical and mental wellbeing
- Human - Embracing authentic connection and vulnerability
- Holy - Pursuing spiritual depth and God's presence
How to Use the Framework
The framework serves as:
- A lens for self-assessment (Leadership Assessment)
- A tracking system for growth (Superhuman Cockpit)
- A vocabulary for development conversations
- A North Star for what faith-driven leadership looks like
