What is the Leadership Assessment?

The Leadership Assessment is a free 15-minute questionnaire that evaluates your leadership across the 14 dimensions of the Superhuman Framework. It gives you a baseline understanding of where you are today.

What It Measures

You'll receive scores for:

• 4 Cornerstones: Love, Purpose, Passion, Persistence
• 10 H Pillars: Holistic, Happy, Hungry, Helpful, Humorous, Humble, Honest, Healthy, Human, Holy

How to Take the Assessment

1. Go to the Assessment page (no login required for the free version)
2. Answer 56 questions honestly—there are no wrong answers
3. Each question is on a scale from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree"
4. Don't overthink—go with your first instinct
5. Review your results when finished

Understanding Your Results

Your results page shows:

• Individual scores for each of the 14 dimensions (1-10 scale)
• Your top 3 strengths—areas where you naturally excel
• Your top 3 growth opportunities—areas for focused development
• An overall leadership profile summary
• Recommended next steps based on your specific results

What to Do With Your Results

1. Celebrate your strengths—these are gifts to leverage
2. Note your growth areas—not to feel bad, but to know where to focus
3. Take the assessment again every 90 days to track progress
4. Use the Superhuman Cockpit weekly to continue monitoring these dimensions

Retaking the Assessment

We recommend retaking the assessment every 90 days. This gives you enough time to see real growth while keeping the feedback relevant.
