How to Do a Weekly Check-In

  1. Go to Tools > Superhuman Cockpit in your dashboard
  2. Click "New Check-In" or continue a draft
  3. Rate yourself 1-10 on each dimension (be honest!)
  4. Add your weekly highlight—what went well
  5. Record your biggest challenge this week
  6. Note what you're grateful for
  7. Set your intention for next week
  8. Submit your check-in
